Yoga for Kids

 On Saturday, January 7, 2012, Maria Offer will be teaching a free “Story Yoga” for children ages 4 through 12 at Raven Yoga Shala, 10-11 am.  Enjoy some fun, movement, and story as well as learn some basic yoga poses.  The story for this class is Rabbit in the Moon, a legend from India that teaches children about sharing and caring for others.  Yoga benefits children in many ways, including increased flexibility, body awareness, strength, coordination and concentration.
